I wish to complain about the booking I made for two persons from Jaen to Ubeda, scheduled for 10:15 on 28 October 2025. The only transport appearing on the screens in Jaen station for that time indicated stand number 3, so that is where we waited. We later learned our transport came in to stand 16, round the corner and out of sight of where we stood. There was no information indicating the Ubeda coach came in at 16, nor was there anyone to ask as all the ticket offices were unmanned. We thus missed our transport.
I subsequently had to cancel our return journey scheduled for 16:30 on the same day, the only day we were able to travel.
I have used many bus stations in Spain over the years and the one in Jaen must be one of the worst, so much so that I doubt I will visit your marvellous city again. The complete lack of information on the day in question was unacceptable.
